Shopping at Bodynova
The search function in the Bodynova online store is very simple: Just enter a search term (eg travel yoga mat) in the search field. If a search term is formulated too specifically, for example with compound words. Then try it with single keywords (e.g. travel yoga mat) or a more general formulation (e.g. yoga mat). You can also find products quite quickly via the menu and the respective product categories.
Placing an order on bodynova.com is very easy. Simply search for the desired products in the online store and add them to the shopping cart with a mouse click. Then click on the shopping cart icon (top right) and then on the button ""Show shopping cart"" if you want to see an overview of the shopping cart, or on the button ""Checkout"" if you want to pay.
In the next step enter your order information or log in to your customer account. Next, select the shipping and payment method. Afterwards you will be shown an overview of your order. If everything is correct, you can send your order by clicking on the button ""Order now"".
No. Order as much and as often as you like. On orders of 39 € or more, shipping within Germany is free (excluding oversized and bulky goods)

Payment and delivery
Within Germany you can pay by Paypal, credit card, bank transfer or SEPA direct debit. We can also ship orders under 100€ with an invoice to be paid upon receipt of the goods. If you are outside of Germany you can pay by Paypal, credit card or pre-payment by bank transfer.

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can then follow the progress of the shipment online.
You received a different item than the one you ordered? Send us an email or give us a call and we will find a quick solution together. Please contact us.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, it is best to refuse acceptance or accept the package only with reservations. If the item inside the package is damaged, please send us photos by email of both the damaged box as well as the damaged item. We can then find a quick solution together. Please contact us.

We offer massage tables with many different customizable options. The various heights, widths, upholstery options and colors result in hundreds of possible combinations and unfortunately we cannot stock them all.
Shipping and returns
On orders less than 39 € we charge 3.90 € within Germany (standard shipping). On orders of 39 € or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge*.
*For bulky items such as massage tables we charge a bulky goods surcharge of € 9.50. Very large items such as Pilates Reformers, Yoga Walls or stationary treatment tables must be shipped by a freight forwarder. The shipping costs for this can be seen in the shopping cart once you are logged in to your customer account and the item has been added.
The shipping costs for Germany and all other countries can be found in our current shipping costs table. For orders to be shipped with a freight forwarder the shipping costs must be requested individually and added to the order.
We ship with DHL and GLS. Depending on the destination country and the kind of parcel, we choose the best possible shipping service provider. Particularly large shipments such as massage tables or yoga mat rolls, as well as large quantities are sent by a freight forwarder.

"Within Germany, the delivery time is normally between 1 - 3 working days for regular parcels and can take a little longer for oversized parcels e.g. massage tables.
For European countries other than Germany the delivery time can be anywhere from 2 to 14 working days depending on the destination and the size of the parcel being shipped.
If you have a specific question about the time needed to your country, or a specific product, please feel free to ask us.
For goods that need to be made for you, e.g. shiatsu mats, please add an additional 2 -5 working days.

To return an item, you need a return shipping label. If your delivery address is within Germany, you can create the return label yourself by finding the corresponding order in the order history of your customer account. From with the the correct order in your order history you can generate the return shipping label. If you do not have a customer account yet or if the delivery address is outside of Germany, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will then send you a return shipping label by e-mail. Simply print the label and affix it to the box.
The shipping costs for returns within Germany are exactly the same as the costs for the original shipping. Please note that if you are returning items from abroad, you will need to pay the return shipping costs.
When you return your goods to us, you will receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This allows you to track the status of your return at any time. As soon as we receive the package, we will also send you an email confirmation.

Coupons & discounts

Yes, we offer a special discount for yoga teachers and Pilates trainers. HEREyou can see the conditions.
The discount is displayed in the shopping cart in the first step of the checkout process(„Shopping Cart“) and again in the fourth step ("Order"). And it is also listed again in the e-mail with the order confirmation.
To redeem a coupon code, you must be logged in to your Konto. If you do not have a customer account yet, please register first. Then you can log in with your customer number or your email address and your password and enter the discount code in the shopping cart in the field "Coupon code". The discount will then be automatically applied to your order.
You can enter your voucher code only after you are logged in to your customer account. If you are not yet registered with us, please create a customer account first.
If the voucher is still not accepted, you can check the following:
p>- 1. Has the voucher expired?
- 2. Are you a yoga or pilates instructor? The yoga teacher discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
- 3. Have you reached the minimum order amount? Some vouchers can only be redeemed after a certain minimum order amount has been reached. You can find the minimum order value on your voucher. Please note that certain items such as sets, sale items or already discounted items are excluded from the discount. You may need to add more items to your shopping cart to reach the minimum order amount and redeem the voucher.
