Sit-Up Cushion: an aid for abdominal muscle training
The bodhi Sit-Up & Pilates cushion protects and relieves your lower back during abdominal training. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it adapts to the natural curvature of the lumbar spine, making it easier to perform the exercises correctly. It is especially suitable for beginners whose strength is not yet sufficient to press their lower back firmly into the floor during training. However, even experienced users can use the Sit-Up Cushion to effectively strengthen their abdominal and back muscles, stretch the spinal extensors and avoid pain during training.
