Original Nasara KinesiologyTape

The original NASARA Kinesiology tape is one of the best and most successful tapes on the market. It consists of an extremely flexible, breathable cotton fabric and a skin-friendly, water-resistant acrylic adhesive which is activated by body warmth. Because the tape is breathable and water-resistant, it is suitable for daily life, for sport and remains adhesive even with regular washing and showering.  

The tape is very easy to apply, is comfortable to wear and is suitable also for those with sensitive skin. The choice of color identifies both the physiological effect, as well as the energetic color influence. 

  • 5 cm wide
  • 5 m roll or 32 m roll 

Effects according to the color

Blue - cooling, pain-reducing and calming; Red - warming, stimulating, strengthening; Yellow - activates the lymphatic system, detoxifying; Green - harmonizing; Beige, Black - neutral, no specific effect

Contraindications

There are no known contraindications for the use of physiology tape to-date. However Kinesiology Tape should not be used: 

  • on open wounds
  • highly allergic skin
  • psoriasis
  • eczema
